Back to the ground floor, we enter to lounge, dining room, with TV with international channels and Wifi, living room, kitchen, laundry room and private covered garage for two cars.
At the entrance, we find a pleasant porch with large glass windows overlooking the pool and garden, which has the attraction of a built-in barbecue.
The villa is surrounded by 3 gardens planted with Mediterranean species, with different atmospheres and sculptures that blend into the landscape.
