The property is located in the area of Marbesa, which is located between Elviria and Cabopino. From this, you are walking distance to the beach and many fantastic beach restaurants.
The house is located over two levels and comes with private parking and is completely gated around.
As you access the house you are greeted by an open lounge and dining area with a guest toilet on your left and a utility room on your right. On the right hand side of the lounge area is a fully fitted kitchen.
