For long term rent this beautiful very well maintaned country house.
The house is of a very good quality, and is about 5 minutes drive from Alhaurin el Grande. About 15 from Coin and Cartama. There are several ways to get there.
When you enter the plot, you will have to the left a carport and a good size storage room with a fully equiped (but small) bathroom. This storage room is empty and can be perfectly used as a hobby area.
Walking further you have to your left hand the pool. It is a good size pool, about 7 by 3,5. Surrounded with artificial grass.
Going towards the house you first have a covered terrace and the you enter the house in a spacious open living room and kitchen. The atmosphere in the house is real Spanish, nice high ceilings, lot´s of wood. The kitchen has a seperate utility room and storage area. From the living room you can enter the terrace at the back of the house. So yu can choose where to sit and enjoy your life in the campo.
From the living room you go to the left into a little hallway, where are 3 bedrooms. 1 of them is set up as a office area, the other 2 have beds. All rooms are spacious and have build in wardrobes.
The total plot is about 5000 m2 and is low maintanance. The maintanace is for the tenant.
The house comes fully furnished, no pets, adults only. Preferrably 2 months deposit. The house will be rented out per year. With the intention to stay longer.
