This very modern vacation home was extensively renovated in 2022 using high quality materials and a successful mix of styles and is located on the most beautiful sandy beach east of Marbella, in a quiet and small community with 9 terraced houses. It is surrounded by a large garden with pool and private tennis court. A private residential street leads to the complex, between Costabella and Las Chapas Beach, which ends directly at the beach. There is plenty of public parking space in front of the property and one covered parking space belongs to the house.
The house is fully and well furnished, distributed on two levels and equipped with air condition and heating in all rooms. The impressive living level was designed completely open, modern and very bright.
