Magnificent apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms located in a gated community in La Duquesa Village in Manilva. Just two kilometers from the famous port of La Duquesa, where you will find numerous restaurants and supermarkets.
The apartment offers the following distribution:
An entrance hall, with access to the living room, consisting of a sofa bed, dining table and a Smart TV. The router for the Internet connection is also located. From this space we access a terrace where we can enjoy the sun.
Returning to the hall we have access to a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy your stay (blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc...)
We found 2 bedrooms. The double with en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom for this room.
You will find spare bed linen and towels.
In addition, the complex's amenities include 5 swimming pools for sunny days, paddle tennis courts for sports lovers and an underground parking spot.
Estepona is a 20-minute drive away and Gibraltar is 38 km away.
At the moment the pools are closed due to the drought decree in Malaga. We hope that the situation improves thanks to the recent rains. These measures are reviewed by the authorities every 2 weeks.
